Remote Learning Letter
Dear Lancers,
Our district is committed to providing the best face to face / remote learning opportunities possible to all of our students. To achieve this endeavor, we ask all patrons and staff members to monitor symptoms and not send students to school sick. We will offer remote learning in the second semester, however, for planning purposes we will need parents to notify the district with intent for remote learning during the third quarter so that we can prepare for remote learning needs within the district. Feel free to contact the school on Monday 1/4/21 if you have questions regarding remote learning or opt to utilize this option for the third quarter. If students must quarantine due to a positive contact exposure, we can transition to remote in the interim for impacted students. However, it is difficult to switch back and forth between face to face and remote instruction without the ability to plan accordingly. Planning drives quality instruction. It also allows us to create plans for remote meals. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
Thank You,
Shane Walter
