Microsoft Office

Microsoft Office is a suite of productivity tools that includes Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word. Students have access to this software via the computer lab at school, but students and parents alike may find themselves needing to utilize these applications at home. Crest is pleased to announce that students in grades 5-12, their parents, and staff alike are able to download and install this software on up to five home devices completely free of charge.

This suite also includes access to OneDrive, Microsoft's cloud storage platform. Students, parents, and staff members can utilize OneDrive to store up to 5TB of documents, photos, etc... online.

Please note: access to these applications is revoked upon graduation or transfer.

Follow these simple steps to install the full Microsoft Office suite on your home computer:

1. Visit https://portal.office.com/account and login using your Crest email/password (parents can get this from their student or contact [email protected] to obtain this information).

2. Once signed in, under the section titled "Office apps & devices" select "Install Office"

 Install Office Button Highlighted

3. Follow the on-screen installation instructions. Once installed, if prompted to sign in when the applications are opened for the first time, provide your Crest login information once again. This will complete the licensing process.

If any issues are encountered during the installation process or with any of the steps above, please feel free to contact [email protected] for assistance.
